Healthier than before
In the new year I decided to eat healthier, not because it is a huge trend now, but because of myself and for my body. Sometimes it is way better for me to eat some fruits and not just candies and cakes. Also, if I'm in a rush I like the quick and delicious breakfasts, so it becomes my favourite for this time.
Nowadays I also feel better when I didn't eat as much sweets as the previous days. And of course, a lot of water will help you to be more energised and feel yourself on top.
